At My Hamdard Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package the Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
